Still Moon is currently hiring for two programs assistants to help with our Summer art/stewardship programs and Annual 19th Moon Festival!

This is an amazing opportunity to gain tangible skills and to get involved with your community!

Arts and Stewardship Programs Assistant

This position will work with Still Moon’s Eco-Arts and Stewardship Program Managers to support programs as needed. Still Moon has a full summer of eco-arts and stewardship programs that require support! The role is best suited for someone who likes hands-on ecology and arts work, enjoys being around people, and is excellent at juggling a wide variety of responsibilities. For the right candidate, this role will be fun. The selected candidate will be comfortable working independently, and is passionate about community development, arts and environmental stewardship. Through this job, the individual will build an understanding of event planning, as well as administrative, and artistic tasks required to run a successful, small, non-profit community organization.

Moon Festival Production Assistant

The Moon Festival Production Assistant will support the Moon Festival Production Manager with logistics and execution of the 19th Renfrew Ravine Moon Festival. Moon Festival is a month-long arts festival structured around the Harvest Moon, and takes place throughout the month of September. The chosen candidate will be a strong communicator, able to support diverse logistical tasks and enjoy working with people. As the main point of contact at the merchandise and information table, the chosen candidate will be confident chatting to attendees, sharing information about Still Moon and requesting donations for the festival.  Through this job, the individual will build an understanding of event planning and administrative tasks required to run an arts festival.
