About

In August 2020, Still Moon painted a mural entitled ‘We All Belong’ on the Sarah Ross House laneway fence in collaboration with Sarah Ross House and community residents. Throughout the summer, Still Moon hosted weekly art and brainstorming sessions with residents to prepare and co-create the mural’s theme and design. The initial design concept incorporated the meaning of place and home. As a community, we reflected on the history of the area and examined our relationship to the land. Our stories were woven together to become a visual landmark in the Still Creek area.

This program concluded with two days of mural painting on August 15th and 16th, 2020 which coincided with Sarah Ross House’s 2nd anniversary community BBQ on August 16th.
