About

In August 2020, Still Moon is painting a mural on the Sarah Ross House laneway fence in collaboration with Sarah Ross House and community residents. Throughout the summer, Still Moon is hosting weekly art and brainstorm sessions with residents to prepare and co-create the mural’s theme and design. The initial design concept incorporates the meaning of place and home. As a community, we will reflect on the history of the area and examine our relationship to the land. Our stories will weave together to become a visual landmark in the Still Creek area.

This program will conclude with a two days of mural painting on August 15th and 16th (10:00am – 7:00pm), which will coincide with Sarah Ross House’s 2nd anniversary community BBQ on August 16th.
