About

Are you an emerging youth artist or performer, or a youth looking to learn some new skills? Still Moon offers a number of different opportunities for youth to become involved in the performing arts.

Our young performing artists are provided with the opportunity to showcase their skills at the Renfrew Ravine Moon Festival and other events during the year.

Stilt Walking Workshops

Still Moon provides low-cost classes to youth to learn the performance art of stilt walking. Workshops are suited to both beginners and those who have stilt walking experience, and they are taught by local professional artists. The focus for these workshops is to develop good muscular habits and to practice circus arts safely.

No one turned away for lack of funds.

Circus Skills

Still Moon periodically runs circus skill workshops with elementary or high school youth such as juggling, prop manipulation (poi & hoops), theatrical movement, and stilt-walking.
