Still Moon Arts Society proudly presents the 22nd annual Renfrew Ravine Moon Festival!
A fusion of art, nature, and community, this month-long festival celebrates the Harvest Moon, Still Creek, local art, and the diverse cultural traditions of the Renfrew-Collingwood neighbourhood.
Expect dazzling lanterns, live music, dance, food, art & nature workshops and community performances.

Arts organizations and festivals across Canada are currently struggling financially, and we are no exception. Our revenue has dropped 20% since last year, while inflation has pushed our costs much higher.

Water Reflections: 2024 Festival Theme
We hope that this year’s theme will inspire artists and community participants to reflect on our ongoing and complex relationship with water past, present and future, from childhood memories to current water joys and water worries. There are so many ways to interpret the theme from literal scenic reflections in water, to reflecting on water as the circulatory system of the Earth that we depend upon for our life.
We can reflect on the great joy and peace we find in spending time by the water. We can also reflect on how climate change is changing water behaviour by making droughts more extreme, storms more intense, and access to clean water less equitable as the world is embroiled in power politics. We each have stories of what water is to us, what our water joy is, what our water worry is. Water Reflections invites us to flow into the stream and drift into reflection.
